*Game breaking* Unable to move and getting stuck on flashbangs

• Platform: PC

• Description of the issue: After dropping a flashbang and trying to move, you get stuck on it and unable to move. After the killer hooks you, you're still unable to move. The only way to recover is if you're "forced" out of position by the killer hooking someone on top of you after getting unhooked. No user input is registered.

• Steps to reproduce (if possible): See attached video

    I can confirm that this is also an issue. Flashbangs left on the floor blocks pathing.

    While the screenshot below doesn't show much, there's a flashbang placed between the pallet and me.

    I couldn't see the flashbang being there until the killer came by to punch me, allowing me to walk pass it.
