Coldwind Farm map vs. Deathslinger
I successfully used Blast Mine against the killer mid-way into the match, but after 1 gen was left, I noticed my Blast Mine progress wasn't progressing past 80%. I also had the Flashbang perk, which was progressing just fine. Blast Mine was just stuck.
Not sure what conditions caused this to happen, but in all my other matches running the same build, this hasn't happened again.
