Nemesis Window Vaulting Bug

Description of Issue:
I was playing at Lerys Memorial and near the end of the game I vaulted through a small window upstairs near the centre and as soon as I pressed it Nemesis stopped moving completely. I couldn't move out of the vault, I couldn't move through the vault, and the game was continuing on without me as I was unable to move and had to just stand there and wait for the game to end.
