Xbox - Bite the bullet makes survivors permanently silent

1 : I was playing as survivor against legion and was hit with feral frenzy

2 : I had bite the bullet and mended myself

3 : I had no grunts of pain or breathing while injured for the remainder of the trial until I healed another survivor

I was playing Chris Redfield

I was using Flashbang , bite the bullet , kindred , and breakdown in that order

I was playing on dead dog saloon

This bug only happened once but I believe it could be recreated and abused
