Blight can't use his power after he gets stunned by a pallet :(

Issue: Over the past week I have been noticing a weird bug when I play blight. Sometimes after I get stunned by a pallet there is no prompt for me to start my blighted rush and when I try to right click it doesn't start a rush until I break the pallet, despite having full rush charges.
This has also happened to me when I haven't had any addons on, so I don't think that has anything to do with it.
