Permanent Lithe Bug

Playing on wreckers yard against a Blight, he hits me as I fast vault a window which activates my tier 1 Lithe and tier 1 Luck Break. I then have permanent lithe for the rest of the game.
I didn't fully realise at first, so the whole lobby accused me of cheating and reported me 🙃
