Window vault glitch

Whilst in a chase with a huntress, I vaulted a window and got stuck in the vaulting animation. She managed to eventually find me, downed me and I was still stuck. I couldn’t be picked up and unbreakable perk didn’t work either. We had to wait out the timer.
I play on Xbox one.
