Key Dupe glitch

Platform was PC
I was running Franklins Demise on Nemesis and M1d a leon mid jump animation and noticed a key spawned from hitting him allowing another survior to escape even though the key should have been used up after its first use.
I do not know if any of the key addons need to be used with this.
