PC - Not gaining rank progress (pip / depip)

Platform: PC

Description of the issue: Everytime I play a match, doesn't matter if I play good or bad. I don't gain or lose any rank (pip or de-pip) I stay at rank 5 all the time for killer aswell as survivor.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go online

2. Start matchmaking (survivor or killer)

3. Begin a match

4. Finish the match

How often does this occur: Every match

    I've been getting this too! I'm so pissed! I've gotten two merciless games as Nemesis before I noticed that there was no progress at all.

    Yeah, the ranking system has been extremely off this time around. I’m on PS4 experiencing the same thing

    I have the same problem aswell, I have been trying to rank up but it's no use
