Game crashes constantly when I'm about to escape

in Bug Reporting

Playing on Xbox one. When exit gates are opened or me or someone else is opening them the game freezes and crashes sending me to my dashboard.

When I load back in I've lost a whole rank every single time. I've gone down almost 5 ranks today because of this. It happens once every ten games or so.

    Tried playing again today and it keeps happening whenever someone starts opening the exit gates.

    Game crashes as soon as someone touches the exit gates and I have to restart the game. Then when the game restarts I've lost one whole rank.

    Can someone please reply if this is being looked at? Rank progress is impossible at the moment for me because of this.
