So, for a perk that, on paper, is clearly the anti-body block plaster, it does a lot for high-mobility and Undetectable killers outside of that. Here is my change:

While carrying a survivor, any other Survivor that is chased suffers from the Exposed status effect. The effect persists for 26/28/30 seconds on those afflicted after the killer has hooked or released the carried Survivor.

Starstruck has a cooldown of 60 seconds once a survivor is no longer carried.
