Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.
Multiple issues since RE update
I play on PS4. I do not use a VPN. Since the latest update I constantly get booted from lobbies. I get constant "no network connection" messages even though there is no problem with my network. Literally every other game and network related thing in my home works without issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. The day after the update. Didn't help.
Today I tried to play and got repeated RTM server errors. Uninstalled and reinstalled again. Now when I get to the survivor/killer selection screen it's like I'm a new player. All the options are locked out except the tutorials. I assume that means I've also lost all my progress as well as purchases over the last few years.
I'm not trying to say this snarky, but this is the only game I've ever ever had problems with on my PS4, and the problems with DBD just get worse over time. They've reached a point now that the game is literally unplayable.
