Monteros Shrine Rework
The tokens are equal to the number of survivors hooked in the basement.
When the killer is outside of 16 meters of the basement they gain:
- 1 token - 25% decreased attack cooldown
- 2 tokens - 30% valt speed increase
- 3 tokens - 20% increased break speed
- 4 tokens - 50% end match bloodpoints
If a survivor is unhooked the effects stay for 5/7/9 additional seconds
When a survivor reaches the third hook state in the basement they will die but not be sacrificed till the end of the match
All survivors are notified of this perk when one enters the basement.
*Edit 1 - buffed the first 2 tokens and nerfed the 3rd to balance, clarified language, and added a radius to prevent hook camping

If the only thing Monstrous Shrine did was to count survivors sacrificed in the basement from counting as "dead," thus preventing the hatch from opening, it would have more use than all of its current effects.

the would count as dead for gameplay purposes (having survivors end leave the match) but would still take up a hook thus adding a token but blocking one of the four hooks

My reaction reading your token rewards:
1 - Hmm, not bad, sure
2 - It's okay I quess, not a big deal
3 - ARE YOU INSANE?
Seriously now, 5% bonus if it is permanent is too good. But I like the idea of making you faster at something but it should be either consistend (1 - 10% , 2 - 20% , etc.) or each individual tier a bit stronger (20% attacks, 15% action, etc )
