Imposible conectarme con amigos de mi misma consola PS4

Pues el error es el siguiente, desde hace ya más de 1 semana me ha sido imposible jugar con un amigo de mi misma consola PS4, entro a su sala de espera y sinolemento no duró ni 4 segundos cuando me bota de su sesión y pasa lo mismo si el se mete a la mía, ya intentamos desintalando e instalando de nuevo y no a funcionado ya checamos las nat y esta bien porque solo nos ocurre en este juego espero puedan ayudar a encontrar una solución
