Game Crashed and Lost Bloodpoints and Progress
Hello! As soon as I heard Resident Evil was coming to Dead By Daylight, I immediately began saving up bloodpoints up until the 1 million cap to which I then waited until the chapter release date. I got the DLC and immediately began leveling up Jill Valentine first, and I got her to roughly level 40 with the million bloodpoints I had saved up. Then I went and did the new game tutorial and got the 200K BP, and then got another 300K from BHVR upon the RPD map disable call (A total of 500K from BHVR and the tutorial combined). I then used those on Jill Valentine as well and even got her to Prestige 1 level 10, but almost immediately after - the game randomly crashed. At first I thought it was no big deal - probably a connection error on my end (Before I knew multiple people reported unexpected game crashes at the time), and I just restarted the game ready to continue. But upon logging back on I noticed Jill's prestige was gone and she was back at level 40. My bloodpoints were gone as well. The 300K weren't there, and I couldn't do the tutorial again for the 200K reward for it said it had already been claimed despite it no longer being there.
This happened a few days ago, like right when the DLC came out, and I've since then gotten Jill back to Prestige 1, but wanted to bring this up cause I don't know if anyone else has had this issue. I'm almost certain there's nothing BHVR can do to retrieve what I did lose - and that's completely fine for I can remain completely happy with the RE chapter cause it's outstanding, but hopefully if other people are having the same issue I did, the Devs can find a solution before it gets worse.

Just consider that steam has weekly maintenance every Tuesday around midnight GMT timezone, and that leads to many disconnections issues during maintenance window
