Nea player level stuck at Prestige 1 PS4

I play PS4. My Nea Karlsson character has been stuck on bloodweb level 50, character level Prestige 1. I have purchased the entire level 50 bloodweb for her 4 times and it opens the level 50 bloodweb repeatedly. Character level will not advance. I am going to see if any other characters are having the same issue.
