Constant Frame Drops on PC

Pretty much every game my frames will just randomly go from 120 all the way down to 60 sometimes 45 multiple times throughout the match. I've never had any problems running this game before so no clue why it's happening now. I know it says they're looking into fps drops but I've only seen that regarding console & not sure if anyone else on PC is having issues.
