XboxOne - Lethal Pursuer Bug/exploit?

I dont really have a way to say how to activate the bug because i haven't been able to recreate it with a friend in customs.
I was playing Nemesis and loaded onto Midwich. The perks i was using were Hex: Devour Hope, Corrupt Intervention, Hysteria and Lethal Pursuer. when i loaded into the game, after Lethal Pursuer ended i could see everyones auras still. I ended up letting all the survivors go because thats pretty ######### to happen.
After some tests with the same build and some of the perks the other people were running we couldnt recreate it. we thought it mightve been detectives hunch that did something to it but it wasnt. everyone else was running generic perks like spine chill, blast mine, flashbang, iron will and stuff like that.
