Bad frame stutters and lag on PS4/PS5

Me and a couple friends play this together, and we put in a good chunk of time tonight. Whenever the killer hit another survivor or terrain the game would lag a bit and freeze up for a second. Also upon unhook, the game lagged super hard to the point where it freezes and I am unable to do anything. My ping was fine, cruising at around 50ms so idk what the deal is. This only happened to me (on PS5), and friend #1 (on PS4).
