Kicking Gens rework and buff to Surge

  • Cut the time it takes to kick a gen in half (now takes 1 second instead of 2) (with Brutal Strength it now takes 0.8 seconds instead of 1.6)
  • Kicking a gen now applies an immediate 5% regression

Surge Buff:

Your eerie presence charges the air and interferes with technology.

When you put a Survivor into the Dying State (no longer requires a basic attack), all Generators within 40m (up from 32m) of you instantly explode and start regressing.

Applies an immediate 10% (up from 8%) Progression penalty.

Surge has a cool-down of 60/50/40 seconds.

Neither Surge nor gen kicking need buffs imo

While it's true that base-kit 5% regression can be very ridiculous in 3 gen scenarios, I don't think it'd make it any worse. Plus, it's usually the survivors' fault for 3 genning.

    Anyways, love these ideas.

I like Surge but I think it could use a buff. It has 2 downsides, and I suggest remove one of them.

Remove basic attack condition or remove cooldown.

It's Demogorgon's teachable. Demo has 2 types of attack, so it sucks you can't use this perk's whole potential. This is why basic attack condition is bad.

I'm all for making regression perks better, but I'm just worried about stacking them together. Which means most regression perks won't be as powerful as they should be because they can be stacked with each other.

Surge is fine how it is, I presume the basic attack requirement is to have consistency with ranged vs. non-ranged attacks. But I do agree strongly with buffing damaging generators to do 5% base damage, as long as Pop is nerfed to 20%. Don’t need to lower the kicking time though.
