Mettle of man is broken

I was playing a survivor game as feng min against a bubba with the perks breakout, mettle of man, self care and botany knowledge but whenever I took a protection hit it did not count towards mettle of man and ultimately the endurance status effect was not given even after I took more than 3 protection hits.

I jumped on here to report this as well, Mettle is my favorite perk and I miss using it lol
