Blood Echo should reset healing progress, affect downed survivors, and cause them to vomit

By far, the most uncanny title of any of my posts for a long time. Pretty much sums it up though. I love the concept of Blood Echo but it's missing those three key components that would make it a lot more reliable.
- Reset Healing Progress (Optional): This way it has a built-in anti-healing component that lets you slightly more value out of Hemorrhage... yeah, this one's optional actually. Sounds like it could be annoying.
- Affect Downed Survivors: Self-explanatory. If it affects injured Survivors, there's no reason why it shouldn't work on downed Survivors as well. A nice QoL change so I don't get OCD using this perk.
- Affected Survivors Vomit Blood: This one's just icing on the cake so it has a visual cue for when Survivors get afflicted. While not meant to have a direct impact in itself, it could very well give away the locations of Iron Will gamers on the prowl amidst your hook.
So yes, that is all. A very useless buff that's on my wishlist. Thank you for your time.
