Dead hard bugged (even more than normal)

• Description of the issue
I dead harded through a huntress and the perk did it's job but after I got downed my exhaustion wasn't going away.
She wasn't using mindbreaker or blood echo so nothing should've bugged it out

(not sure if this really matters)
Get saved
Use dead hard
Get downed to m1 attack
Have another survivor pick you up
• How often does this occur
This only happened in 1 match out of the other 8 where I had the perk on
