Buff The Nemesis
Nemesis so far is a mediocre killer might as well ignore his power, giving infection for a free sprint burst is BS the hit detection is garbage too, crouching behind windows will miss the attack, crouching behind pallets will totally miss the survivor and will prioritize the breakable pallet or wall.

Your numbers are wrong.
Lets give it some more time and see the numbers roll in first.

I really like Nemesis how he is now, but that crouching is really annoying and I am not sure it is intended. The fact that you can't hit over fence with tentacle on Haddonfield, when survivors just crouch is so bad.

I don't know why tier 3 can't break the pallet and hit the survivor. At the moment tier 3 is almost useless since the tentacle hitbox is so small a slight dodge either side makes it miss.

Giving it a pierce effect (overall) would be interesting.

Yeah the zombie AI could get some tweaks maybe able to vault windows? since you can make walk on a window indefinitely now about his tentacle strike .
T1- I think is fine but let increase the range maybe one extra meter?, plus able to infect and down the survivor when is wounded.
T2-Fine as it is another meter perhaps?.
T3-Should damage and infect at the same time maybe a reduced CD on the tentacle or another extra meter OR like CheekyLilGobbo mentioned before able to hit survivor and pallet(or breakable wall) at the same time.
That would be in total 8 meters at par as Pyramid Head.

Nemesis is fine where he is the only time I've seen people waste his ability is when they are desperate to level up tentacle strike and keep failing. Injure survivors. Get them at a window or pallet. If they run off leave them, get another one. They can power through if they like but you'll catch them later or they'll waste a vaccine. The only problem I have with him is the tentacle feels inconsistent. I actually thought he should be able to break and injure but honestly that seems too powerful.
One buff I think would be worth exploring is being able to infect/injure multiple survivors with tentacle strike.
