Terror radius/chase music is broken

Just got on to check if optimization on my PS4 Pro is any better(it isn't) and ran into a new bug entirely. The terror radius never progressed passed the "killer is close" mode and chase music never started. On top of the constant freezes, frame drops and crashing, somehow a new bug has been introduced. Absolutely insane.
