5th ANNIVERSARY CROWN FAIRNESS?
Why all what I need as Killer is just commune with pedestal and then I can leave to the bathroom or take a snack, just wait when Survivors leave the match.
But as Survivor, I need to find pedestal, under pressure do all gens, help others, co-op and then pray for escape to receive my Crown.
This is little bit unfair in my opinion.

Just because they didn't change it, I'm actually considering not doing all of survivor crowns this year.
Or I'll do it with my friend group, cause solo is seriously not fun (especially when all killers seem more agressive than usual).

I know I complain a lot about survivor side on these forums but I do think that survivor should be the same as killer once you have it ,you have it doesn't matter if you escape or not.

I imagine it would be more annoying for survivors having teammates getting a crown and then suiciding against the killer if the person just wanted to play normally.
I know AFK killers do suck to play against, but it's at least a case where both sides are able to get the crown that game.

I know what killer adepts are, I just unlocked Nurse, Huntress, Demogorgon, Deathslinger, Nemesis and almost Plague on Rank 1 since 23rd to 24th June, in 2 days and today I achieved my adept Twins.

This seriously needs to be looked at. I don't understand why survivors have to sweat so hard for this event, but killers can just grab it and go afk. I play solo most of my matches and its impossible to do without heavy luck.

Honestly I wish survivors would chill out, I wanna farm so bad but it seems like all the survivors on are edge because of the last few weeks.

It was mainly done because of how survivors have acted with past events:
In some of the older events survivors would grab all the event items/currency they could in the match then purposely suicide to get into another match faster to complete the event.
This caused games to become so horrible for survivors that it forced the devs to make survivors be unable to get event items/Currency without escaping to force them to actually play the game properly during events.

Okay, so this is punishment for Survivors being so greedy past previous events.
I already have base 4 w/ Nea and Ace but for what price, so it's enough, my mates in solo queue still do nothing. I'll just complete my Killers where I have maybe 12 crowns past 12 games, where I casually hooking survivors without high pressure.

Noone is saying it can't be done. I have done all killer adepts in red ranks, what we say is that survivor adepts are joke compare to killer, at least in red rank.

Well, there need to be requirement for it, otherwise survivors would just kill themself as soon they find crown.
Let's say you want it fair and force killers to get 4k for it. Yeah, I wouldn't recommend it. That would just make it harder for both parties. I usually let survivors leave now, if they have it...

I never said it was fair but like many things in DbD:

Sadly the toxic survivors ruin it for everyone.

I will try Pig and Clown, sadly the other ones I've done in 2017-2019, only my Oni was unlocked 2020/2021 but it was not that hard I still remember that sweaty game on Autohaven but still not hard at all. It depends only on you, how good you play and how much luck you have atm. But when you want Crown on Survivor now it depends on your team, not only at you, you alone can't do nothing and most games I'm sadly paired with others which can't do #########. But you're right, Survivor adepts are joke, maybe Laurie was hard for me in 2016/2017.
Right, I see your point. They'll be greedy and just suicide on first hook and 4k for Killers is really too much, but maybe entity displeased, no crown, I don't want to make it harder for Killers, I just want it to be easier for Survivors, but now I see it's impossible.
Actually these events, challenges etc. are not much healthy for this game, everytime when new challenges comes out or event like this this game change alot.

I usually had problem with exposed killers, because chaser was quite hard to get sometimes and if you went for m1 only, then gatekeeper was hard to get.
Yeah, I get that it has to be hard get it soloQ, but it is easy with SWF. You can always play nice, maybe donate item and killer will most likely give you hatch. That's how I got most of my survivor adepts :D

I couldn't agree with you more. I used to play DBD a lot in solo que, and then really look forward to swf days. Now I have nearly completely stopped solo que and my swf days don't happen that much. People are just really leaning away from this game because of the constant unfun experiences. The game needs another mode. The objective can be completely different than ranked to make it unique and keep incentive for players to play the ranked mode still. Something more needs to be added to this game so people can have more fun without the frustration and stress that ranked mode does.

Rather than alternative modes, which may be even worse than main game, I would prefer effort towards making soloQ better experience.

No I really do hope this game gets more modes soon. I am so done with the ranked mode and all the try hards who take this game way too seriously.

I like the "survivors will just kill themselves on hook once they find a crown" meanwhile I've seen tons of survivors suiciding or DCing after first down because they don't think they'll be able to escape that match with a crown.
They should change it to both sides need to earn 10k BP.
