RPD Lighting; make it brighter?

Maybe I'm misremembering from the PTB, but I really don't remember the map being this dark. Could we maybe brighten it up a bit? Struggling to see certain killers (ironically, like Nemesis) as they just blend in with the darkness.

For me it looks normal. maybe it's graphics settings? can you post a screenshot?
