Survivor's bloodwebs should have one cake guaranteed per level
With killer, every anniversary node is guaranteed to be a cake, so killers are able to stock up on cakes quickly. However, survivors have three anniversary items in their bloodweb that killers don't have, making the chance that a survivor gets a cake only 25%.
I leveled up Élodie to level 23 and got 17 event items, of which 13 were items and only 4 were cakes. This anniversary items lowers the amount of cakes a survivor can get and creates an unequal distribution in cakes between killers and survivors.
Therefore, if the survivor gets an anniversary node in their bloodweb, the first one should always be a cake, with any extra nodes being randomized as normal. This change would make getting cakes as survivor a lot easier.

Agreed. Killers get 4x more cakes than survivors do - when survivors already get less bloodpoints on average, and have more of a use for offerings that give everybody in the trial bonus bloodpoints. There should be a guaranteed cake in every bloodweb, period.
It's ending up with a negative synergy with the crowns, too. For killer, I can do a few bloodwebs, get 5-10 cakes, play one match, and get the crown. For survivors, I can fill out 10 webs and get 1-2 cakes, and then I need to play 5-10 matches to get a crown. I don't have enough cake to cover this.

From Doc P2 LV 30 to P2 LV 50, i got 23 cakes.
For survivors i barely get one.

Should be 3 per bloodweb at the minimum. Last year, we got 7-8 per bloodweb and everyone complained about not getting event items. This shouldn't be called an event.
