Playing at Léry's Memorial Institute as Dwight, got the anniversary crown right away.
Get hatcheted by huntress, no problem. Get m1'd by huntress, no problem.
Thrown on the hook and I got the constantly exploding in blood visual for the rest of the match, even when off the hook and fully healed.
Was playing with a friend and I guess it only appeared that way on my side, no one else could see it. It only happened to me once so far but it was very difficult to focus for the rest of the match.
