Why doesn't Deliverance or Camaraderie inform other survivors when active?
Both of these perks are good, but they aren't as useful in solo queue as the other survivors have no idea whether you are running these perks.
Both perks should notify all survivors when a survivor who has them is on the hook and can use them. This simple change would make these perks better to use.

I agree, but it should only show up when you are close to them. Similar to how it works for 'We'll Make it" perk. When someone with this perk unhooks you, you see a notification next to your 4 perks on the bottom right. Very useful so you either stay in place and get healed real fast, or run together, etc..
Any Means Necessary should also activate for any teammate that goes near the person that has it and is downed. Instead it becomes a waste when teammates go for the save when they don't have to

But if it shows up when you are near them, then its kind of a waste. Especially for Deliverance as if you go to the hook and then see the perk icon you would have just wasted your time. It works for We'll Make It as you need to be near another survivor anyways to be healed.
Their icons should show up when they are hooked and the perk can be activated, similar to Kindred.

You can at least kinda tell if Camaraderie activates as the sacrifice progress bar obviously freezes, but yeah for Deliverance it can suck.
PC players can at least tell others in pre-game chat but I'd prefer actually showing what perks other have. At the very least over their heads pre-game so people can see no matter their platform, and even in-game somewhere would be great.
