Thats the whole point. Nerf Stridor isnt a way to change Spirit. I never use Stridor anyway. Nurse calling is far powerful for me.

actually i hate this stridor nerf but since dev doesnt do anything to rework her at least stridor spirit can go.

That's not how things should work. Stridor is useless now, one of the reasons to use it was countering Iron Will, that's it. Even as Spirit, it's detrimental against non-IW users most of the time. It definitely needs a rework or something, to make it useful for other killers. Make the radius where you can hear noises bigger or something like that, that would be an actual useful perk.

Stridor was the most balanced that eventhough its a weak perk and mostly useless if Survivors dont use IronWill, it can counter IronWill. Now IronWill counter Stridor. The perk should be changed to be something else.
