The match suddenly crashes and I lose a few pips
Console: PS4
Description: In a pubblic match, shortly after the match has started, while I was collecting a trap in a precise spot on the map, the game suddenly crashed and in the background I could hear the sound of when you return to the results screen, I had waited some time in the hope that the game would unlock and would send me in the results screen, however, the game still showed me the screen locked on the point where I was collecting the trap. After I restarted the game, everything was unlocked but the my rank was down of 2 pips less (relegation undeserved). I think I lost 2 pips because, the first one concerns the fact that I "lost" the game and the second pip, on the other hand, concerns the abandonment of the current game; however, I did not deserve to lose even a pip, first, because the game suddenly stopped and obviously, not having the possibility to do something, I could not win the game and, second, I was forced to leave the game because I was blocked from the game. I believe the bug was generated due to a survivor disconnecting while loading the game, also because, after restarting the game, I had not received any penalty for leaving the current game, therefore, I believe that this bug had corrupted the pips count and above all it had hidden the results screen (leaving the soundtrack of the screen of scores) and consequently, also the usual automatic message that warns you that a player has abandoned during the loading before the game.
Sorry if I haven't shared any videos, but when the game crashed, I thought it would unlock any moment.
Map: (Backwater Swamp) The Pale Rose or Trucid Pantry; while I was in the game, I hadn't looked at the details to figuire out which map it was.
