Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Look at Laurie Strode's character info OR select a survivor that has Decisive Strike unlocked
Step 3 : Notice the absence of the quote in the perk's description.
The quote that should be on the perk is: ""There's nothing to be scared of." — Laurie Strode"
Source indicating that Decisive Strike should have this quote: The perk sectino of Laurie Strode's Dead by Daylight fandom page. (Link below)
