Stand walking/Not walking

I was playing on The Game as survivor and dropped from 2nd to 1st floor, when I got to the floor I couldn't walk, run or drop the item I was holding. When I tried to walk I just flickered forward at about 1/8 of dying state speed. I then went to try to enter a locker and half way there some crows started to fly around me as if I was standing still. I couldn't get to the locker because of the endgame collapse.
