Is disconnecting still resulting in penalties?

I don’t normally dc but when you’re playing against a nemesis on Xbox you have little gameplay and more lagplay. I decided to leave and received no penalty, not sure if something has changed because if it has then good on BHVR removing disconnect penalties would be a great idea until they get the issues fixed.

    It's temporarily disabled due to crashes/performance issues. Should be back at some yet uknown point of time, my guess is 27th of July jointly with performance patch.
