Okay why does Nea get two Neon Nights outfits?
I thought the outfits were supposed to come in sets. Is this BHVR's way of hinting they intend to put out a collection with multiple outfits like they did with the older DLCs? Or did they just forgets that Nea already had a Neon Nights outfit? Legion getting multiples makes sense since it's a four characters in one deal. But why Nea? Did they realise Nea is a show off and would likely not stand for being outdone by the Legion kids, Yun-Jin and The Trickster? Or was it supposed to be a different characters outfit but they decided Nea could more easily pull it off?

You say this like it affects the balance of the game
No one cares

Nea's one of the characters who gets tons of cosmetic attention for how many players play her. Getting two outfits in the same collection is a bit weird, but it might just be a confluence of marketing factors - this character sells well and this aesthetic sells well, we already did two relatively unpopular survivors with Zarina and Yun-Jin in this batch, and Nea's next up in the cash cow line, so get to work on her. Something like that.

It affects my inner balance.

Okay but it's not like Nea is the only survivor anyone plays and if she is it's probably because BHVR refuses to give outfits to anyone else.

To be fair, Nea does have a lot of mains. Ez cash money $$
Jeff don't get a lot of cosmetics because not many people play him.

I think this may be a chicken or egg thing. Cause it's not like Nea's base look is THAT good.

Nah people play her mainly because of No0b3.

Just let the girl have her glow up, she's come a long way.

they give more cosmetics to the characters that are more popular, nea is one of the most popular survivors and her skins sell well, also her character type helps alot , the street rat style she has gives lots of opportunity for outfits.

Really cause I play her cause she and Feng have the best cosmetics. Nothing to do with whoever that is. Only DBD content creators I watch are Deadgirljimmie and Monto and even then I liked Feng and Nea before I knew Deadgirljimmie existed. So her preference for those two and Cheryl is coincidence.

The more popular a survivor is the more skins they get, at least for original characters. Not like cosmetics effect game balance in like 95% of situations anyways.

Well…
she is one ugly survivor…she needs SOMETHING 🤪

Because Nea is a Queen

Because Nea is the Entity.
What she says, goes.
If Nea wants two Neon Nights outfits, then you can bet my ass she's getting them.
But seriously... I don't know why, maybe the Dev's just simply figured they'd make her another one?

1) She's a popular character
2) It fits her character, practically her whole wardrobe consists of edgy skater outfits and street fashion

Because she’s the entity’s main human form so of course she’s gonna get special treatment!

Honestly I just hope to see something else for Zarina that feels more casual. Not like she's on a Talk Show or doing a performance.

Nea is Mccotes fav

Because people buy it. I've seen tons of Neas using it already. Why make a Jeff or Jake skin when you can just make another Nea or Meg one and sell it way more?

Because it's a logical fallacy to assume that the survivors themselves are popular. When most of their original outfits make them look dumb and some of their back stories have not even seen an editor and beginning perk wise neither Meg nor Nea is the most advantageous. It's way more likely that the reason they are popular is BECAUSE they have more available outfits.
