Blight carrying a survivor, but the surv still alive

I post a clip my friend made. In a game, the killer down a nea, try to pick up for hook and then the bug happen. The killer was like he was carrying a surv but as u can see, all surv were free. The Blight was not able to M2, moove slower and was blocked. Even a pallet dropped on him, and the blindness by flashlight were useless.
