Hacking, changing health states and repairing gens instantly

I played as a survivor on PC and one of the survivors was Claudette and her in-game nick was different from the one on her steam profile (and it also was not right above her like normal nick, it was slightly to the left). During the match she was able to change health states of every player, fly and repair gens instantly without being near them. After the match I wanted to use the in-game report system, but when I pressed it, I got a black screen with the same text in every line. I can add a screenshot, but it has a lot of bad words in it. Please fix it. Players should not be able to manipulate the game like that.
