Quick question: Does stridor counter iron will?

    In the PTB, Stridor does not counter Iron Will anymore.

    Right now 100% basic sounds + 50% stridor and - 100%IW combined give you 50% loud survivors (half of their normal sound volume).

    In PTB (and therefore soon to be on live servers) there's a new interaction output with IW countering Stridor entirely.
