Nemesis w/ Undying + Haunted combo Bugged

Saw this in a public match today as a Survivor and decided to test it out in customs.

While playing against a Nemesis who had Hex: Undying, Ruin, Mindbreaker, and Hex: Haunted Grounds and zero totems currently cleansed on the map, we found that after cleansing the first hex totem on the map (that supposedly being undying), Haunted Grounds suddenly activated. After the exposed status wore off and another totem was cleansed, Haunted Grounds activated AGAIN, causing another 60 sec of exposure on all survivors.

Testing this out in customs, myself and Night found that it is Undying and Haunted Grounds combined together that is bugged. It gives a second chance at Haunted Grounds essentially - for a total of 2 minutes of exposure on the survivors - when either hex is cleansed. It doesn't seem to be bugged on other killers (not on Trickster) but the bug occurred 100% of the time on Nemesis regardless of other perks being equipped as well, or no other perks at all. So long as both Haunted Grounds AND Undying are both equipped, Hex: Haunted Grounds will activate twice.

It did not bug out with Haunted Grounds as the only perk equipped.

Attaching images from our test match. At the beginning of the match, you can see the three hex totems (Undying and the two Haunted Grounds totems) - totally normal so far. However as soon as the first hex is cleansed, undying deactivates yet Haunted is ALSO activated at the same time, while still retaining two active hex totems. It does show up as a legitimate exposure status effect on the survivor, and lasts a full 60 sec. Cleansing a second hex also activates it again (or reapplies it if the exposure from the first cleanse hasn't expired yet).

Both of us are on Windows PC.

When playing as nemi and running ruin undying and haunted I had the same thing happen, they would cleanse undying and it would proc haunted. Then haunted would proc again later in the match. this was well over a month ago too

I think you cleansed Haunted because you don't know which totem is related to which perk. So Haunted was triggered, Undying disappear and become another Haunted and as you know you need 2 totems for Haunted. That's why you can proc Haunted two times, if you are lucky and you cleanse Undying first your Haunted will not proc at this time.

As far as I'm aware, that isn't how Undying or Haunted Grounds currently works - otherwise that would explain it for me too. Plus if it was intended to work that way, then I'd assume it would proc haunted twice on other killers too. However in testing it only ever did on Nemesis and I can't recall it ever doing something similar in months of playing since Undying was changed... Least not until now anyway, when Nemesis was added. Makes me think it's a bug more than anything.

But someone can correct me if I'm wrong - doesn't Undying take the place of whatever hex perk its paired with on the map regardless of which hex goes with which totem? For example if paired with Ruin, Undying will cleanse first and keep Ruin active (either moving Ruin to the other hex totem or keeping it where it was) if survivors cleanse either of the hex totems. So which totem is which isn't really the question anymore, so much as "did you get both of them?"

And Haunted Grounds shows two hex totems on the map, but removes both if either one is cleansed (giving only one proc for haunted). So when we did proc it during the game the same time as undying, and it kept BOTH haunted totems on map still, that seems fishy to me. I wouldn't think cleansing a hex totem should deactivate undying AND activate haunted grounds, while at the same time keeping two haunted grounds totems in play. If that's the designs intent, that a bit... excessive xD

If you have Haunted and Undying, and the first totem you cleanse happens to actually be the Haunted totem, Haunted will proc AND get replaced by Undying... meaning it can proc twice. That's not a bug, it's been known behaviour since the Undying nerf.
