Yeah she looks extremely depressed.

What changes? And please, Heather is the best. She had to fight very hard in Silent Hill 3.

I think erasing the dark circles under the eyes is an improvement for her.
The thing that doesn't look right is the lips, they are very low and far from her nose. which makes her look older.
Besides that she looks cute.

Coke addicts arent depressed she looks more like a heroin addict
2 -
No, she's a heroin addict.
She's from the mid 2000s.

Cheryl/Heather isn’t the only drug addict, we have Cybil, Claire and Quentin too. Journeying through the fog must take its toll on them.

Cybil and Quentin not anymore, they are in rehab and will come probably next Tuesday refreshed into the fog!

Omg this is so unfortunate :( . I play Cheryl a lot. I LIKED the circles under her eyes. I liked how she looked worn out and sleep deprived. Now she looks like a generic Sim with a swollen face and no character. I regret grinding her to Prestige 3 now. Why do they have to "fix" things until they suck?

Yeah, that no longer looks like Cheryl. No idea where all this addict stuff is coming from, but she looks much less like her now.
