PC - It is not possible to complete the match under certain conditions

It is impossible to end the match if there are no active hooks nearby, and there is not enough time to drag the survivor and he breaks out.

If you've used your nearby hooks (which were shown in that video) the match will still end, as the survivor will bleed out even if you are unable to hook them.

    Just let him bleed out, all survivors while downed have a 4 minute cumulative timer that when it ends they bleed out, dying

    Let him bleed out or close the Hatch for EGC. Bleeding is 4 minutes and EGC only 2 minutes.
