Vigil works for survivors near and YOU

Streetwise works for survivors near and YOU

So why can't leader?

At the moment, it's pretty useless apart from being healed slightly faster. Other than that you get no value. Most times neither do your teammates.

New idea:

Survivors within an 8 meter range of you gain 25% speed in (blah blah blah). This effect applies to survivors 15 seconds after out of range. This speed increase is applied to you when within 8 meters of survivors.


= this way, it won't be OP as it isn't a constant 25% speed for yourself. It only works when within survivor range. It won't be too weak because now it helps out YOU.
