It's awful that we have to explain it like this because "muh interactive" is somehow a qualifier for a killer's balance

I don't feel she needs any changes. Her traps are counterable, and although she can teleport, if she gets involved in a chase her slower movement speed works against her. At least Huntress and Deathslinger can shoot stuff, but Hag has to lure them into a jungle gym, layered with her traps. If not, her chase is very tough.

The traps have adequate counterplay with crouching and torches. Torches appear fairly often in chests, so clairvoyance isn't a necessary trait to have. Her trapping around the hook doesn't guarantee a successful camp, especially if she's been dragged outside her teleporting range.

She is a formidable opponent, but by no means in any need of alterations.

Crouching won't help you mid-chase. Plus the fact that you might not know where the traps are placed then should I crouch walk around the whole map?

Hag is not balanced at all imo. Her traps shouldn't be only breakable by an item you either need to find or being in to the trial. This makes her too hard to counter or too easy which is a badly designed killer.

Hag and Trapper should switch things: Hags traps should be destroyable by crouching on them and then just sweeping them away and Trappers traps should only be deactivateable when you use a Toolbox.

    Other than that?

Hag is fine. Sure, Hook camping is a bit annoying and if you 3 Gen yourself against a Hag it gets pretty bad. However there was no single game against Hag where I thought that she was unfair. Most games where I lost to a Hag had multiple instances of mistakes from me and not adapting soon enough to the fact that a Hag is my opponent.

This game needs strong Killer that you have to fear. Hag is such a Killer and also one that rewards good gameplay. I like her and I do not even play her myself.

The point is to have a killer that actually plays the game. Sorry laying down traps and scrolling your wheel and immediately attacking is not a pro-gamer move while proxying the hooked survivor.

You walk to the edge of the trap range and trigger it out of lunge range.

All she needs is a change to the hardcore camping of 6 traps around the hook and a loose loose situation for survivors by them vanishing after an unhook

Walk to the edge of the traps range and trigger it outside lunge range.

Hag games are either destroying survivors, or she gets no downs because she spends half an hour setting up traps. Not the most exciting tbh

Nah I'm going based on . Its still terrible advice imo. Never chase with hag.

I think all she needs is anti-camp measures. Most would say give her "in X range of a hooked survivor, traps cannot be placed" or something, which is possible.

Also please for the love of god rework Rusty Shackles into an entirely new add-on. It removes her in-chase counterplay, that being triggering the trap and then running away, and her other counterplay where you trigger traps to disarm them.

Yeah, Hag’s Red and Purples are weird. You go from the devastation of Mint Rag and Rusty Shackles to garbage of water logged shoe, Grandma’s Heart, Severed Hand and Ear. The rest are fine but they can do a patch where Red and Purples are reworked with something to counter her hardcore camping

Easy when you know it's there. Easy when the killer isn't behind you. Easy when it isn't at a hook she's camping.

I'm not joking when I say this. Everytime I face a Hag she proves to me why I despise her. Whether it be the way she camps, or the way she has traps everywhere and you have to crouch everywhere. She is extremely unfun with perks like franklin's and sloppy and has some really stupid add-ons.

She is just the worst designed, and balanced killer in the game for me.

Maybe some of her add ons are a bit problematic, but generally she is ok. She is not OP. Her play style can be annoying but then so can other killers like Deathslinger, Twins etc. They don't need nerfs, they need changes. Bit of a rework.

She has 2 types of trap, press ability button to switch her trap. Hag has 20 tokens

    Phantasm traps:

A survivor run close to a trap will trigger it, allow Hag to teleport. Use 2 tokens per trap.

    Phantasm husk:

A survivor run close to a husk trap will trigger it, it only act as a body block for 2sec, Hag cant teleport. Use 1 token per trap

Walking no more trigger traps, Survivor can remove traps by standing near it and perform a 2sec animation (something like a stomping on it to remove the symbol)

Traps can not be placed right next to each other, but 2-3m apart.

Flashlight counter need to be removed (also on Wraith & Nurse), there should be something to interact to their power without requiring luck.

Bro a good Hag won't camp and a camping Hag is already a bad Hag since shes wasting traps protecting a hook she could use to remove a problematic loop later.

1 trap on a hook is enough and doesn’t cut into your web
