Joel Miller Perks:
Survival Instincts - Every normal skill check you hit while healing yourself gain a token up to a max of 3 tokens at a time. Each token gives you the ability to eat pills which upgrades your healing speed by 50% for 30 seconds. The buff works on any type of heal.
Awareness - Every time a generator is complete gain a token. Each token shows the killers aura to you every time they come within 15 meters of you until they leave that area.
No Matter What (Reference to the achievements of beating the game on various difficulties) - Once all generators are complete your unhooking speed is increased by 100%. You and the unhooked survivor also gain the endurance status effect for 10 seconds. You both also get the haste status effect for the rest of the match.

I feel like there should be 2 survivors for this chapter, especially Joel and Ellie.
Edit: Ellie was 19 in TLOU2, so it's definitely possible.

Well the version I chose was the first game. Having the Ellie from the 2nd game wouldn't work.

This is pvp game and this will make PS players have advantage. So dlcs have to come all platforms.
I am sure if they buy this license, dlc will come to all platforms

You do realise that the Silent Hill and Resident Evil chapters featured characters from different games as well right?
Silent Hill:
Pyramid Head - SH 2
Cheryl Mason - SH3
Resident Evil:
Leon and Claire - RE2
Jill - RE3
Chris - RE1 (original)
Therefore, Ellie from the second game would definitely work, as she's over 18 and the entity is capable of anything.

The Entity takes survivors from diffrent times. It taking Joel from TLOU1 and Ellie from TLOU2 could make sense.
IF it's only a survivor, they would potentially do the same thing they did with Bill way back when (or Nightmare on Elm's Street on Switch) and that is - Make general perks with the effects of those licensed ones. However the only diffrence would be is that he's not free.

I don't see how having 1 extra survivor gives anyone an advantage. It makes no sense. Bill was the same way for a long time.

The Entity is a part of DBD's story. Its all Sony though. They'd probably want it consistent.

The Resident Evil ones are different. Claire, Jill, Leon, and Nemesis all are there around the same time. The weirdest thing about the RE chapter was that they got RE5 Chris and RE4 Leon. As for SH its a littler different with the type of world SH is.

The concept of an exclusive chapter is incredibly foolish.
I get that you didn't like the RE chapter, but this is literally worse than Resident Evil.
You are literally preventing most of the playerbase from playing the DLC.

What does this have to do with me not liking the RE chapter? Also Bill was exclusive for awhile and no one cared all that much. Its not like anyone outside of PlayStation is a huge Last of Us fan or anything because its a PlayStation exclusive. Obviously you'd still get the perks.

Left 4 Dead is quite different. It was on a bunch of other things. Last of Us is not. And they would most certainly get the license if they could. Even if it was an exclusive character. Wouldn't be a big problem. I mean people want Until Dawn content and don't understand that would be PlayStation exclusive as well. No problem with exclusives.
