Spirit Crown Bug PC - Missing in Inventory 2020-2021

WHAT TO ADD IN THE DESCRIPTION
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as Spirit in a public match
Step 3 : In-game, hook and sacrifice all 4 survivors and grab crown throughout the match
Step 4 : End of game, said crown unlocked. Went to check inventory and it's missing both from the 2020 and 2021 events crowns.
