Can the survivors who are alive at the time of the killer disconnecting be awarded 1,000 [b]bonus[/b] Bloodpoints for each completed generator?

I understand why rewarding survivors a flat 5,000 survival points can be potentially abused by killers starting matches and then immediately quitting to boost the other survivors, but spending several minutes in a game getting 4 gens done only for the killer to quit, leaving us with ~4,000 points each is ridiculous.

Also, can the killer recieve a stack of BBQ & Chili for downed survivors who leave before the killer gets a chance to hook them?
