Glitching through Gideon Meat Plant.

Description: I was getting chased by the killer (Legion) on the Gideon Meat Plant (The Game).
I was running up the stairs, when i was on the upper floor while i was looking behind me i glitched / teleported through the map.
How often: This was the first time.
Antother thing i noticed was when i was injured i didn't make any noise.(I didn't have Iron Will)
This is something that sometimes happens to me, to solve this i can just crouch and stand up again or i can interact with something, but that didn't work this time.
