Does this look like a man who actually needs a mask to scare people? Since we have a cosmetic store i see no reason not to do it.

cause he just has a human face underneath. None of the killers have human faces because they're supposed to look inhuman. Yeah, without his mask he looks like a scary dude, but he still just looks like a dude.
