New mechanic (idea!)
So before I get any toxic responses (me knowing the internet).. this is purely an idea, so it's not like it's gonna be added. Just wanted to share what I had in mind and POTENTIALLY could work for the game (after beta testing the *rap out of it).
Add a 'kicking' mechanic to survivors so we can 'kick' a killer and they will be stunned for like 1-2 seconds. Make it so it regens every x minutes so we can't abuse it. Or make a mechanic where survivors can throw something at the killer that will stun him (could be any random object you have in ''your pocket'', from cones to stones, bones to books and so on..).
edit: or throw something at the killer to slow him down half the walking speed of a survivor for a few seconds.
edit: Hologram device that you can plant anywhere on the map that will emit a double you, once the killer hits or walks 'through' the 'double you' reflection will disappear.

You can already stun the Killer with Pallets, Pallets are your resource in this game, you are supposed to use that resource.
More mechanics that stun the Killer seems bad, How about something to help you distract the Killer?

Indeed you can do that, but pallets are not within range. So my idea was to have something that could stun or slow down a killer's walking speed with something that you can directly use with a 'out of pocket' thing.

A stun that you can just carry around is a dangerous territory.
A slow could be interesting HOWEVER this cannot be an item that you can just regenerate every few seconds.

Like I said...... there should be a regen time so we cannot abuse the system.. read above ;)

Fair enough I didn't read "Minutes" but still, having a stun that you can just hold on to for whenever you need it (aka before hits and survivor saves) would be too strong.
Let's compare it to flashlights and flashbangs -> They take time to blind/wind up and can be countered by looking up and/or down.
